EAB reviews

Diversity (as it relates to race & ethnicity is not a priority). They talk but don't do. Most of senior management is white males - so the emphasis and focus tends to be in that area. No safe space to confront/deal with diversity issues. Very few allies or places where you can turn. It's not all in your head....invisibility is real but not acknowledged. Although there area affinity groups; had DEI "officer" with no real power/authority.
