      the people and the mission are wonderful, very supportive of the employees and their needs

      bonus structure is minimal, pay is even less with very few pay increases, parking is expensive and not comped

      Con of stable senior leadership is that you can reach a ceiling of growth fairly quickly - once you hit mid management it’s difficult to find a path upwards. Pay/benefits are below what one might expect for a large company.
