      Pros

      Leadership communicated well. It didn't feel like we were really that out of the loop on direction the company was heading or day to day work load.

      Cons

      It was hard to shift roles if you wanted to get out of your current track. Management hired more outside the company rather than first looking for internal talent.

      Mission driven company working to improve our education system; committed to volunteer service; the people (mostly smart, caring, driven, etc.)

      Cons

      I held an internal operations role and it was hard to have continued success without switching to a client-facing role.
