      Pros

      Lots of young, smart people in the DC office. Pretty solid work culture -- good work-life balance. Solid healthcare options.

      Cons

      Tend to throw pizza parties/do gimmicks instead of giving financial incentives for things. 401k match is not great.

      - Great Culture - C level people are good at communicating with company as a whole and most things are transparent - Work feels very meaningful because our goal is to improve education - People are Judged on their problem solving skills and how much they're willing to learn instead of how much they know when being hired - Great Work Life balance

      Cons

      - Teams morale can really be affected by the manager, though I feel this is true with most companies - Slightly lower pay than say a financial software dev, but in my opinion, it's worth the years it's saving on my life stress wise
