      Strong business model and ideas, nice folks, but not enough reinvestment into human infrastructure

      Pros

      The work can be extremely valuable to colleges if they have the internal resources to implement it correctly. Friendly environment. Generous PTO/WFH policy Drive to be an innovator in the market "Soft" benefits such as coffee/HHs

      Cons

      Operational resources, net staffing, and comp have not grown keep up with the pace of business demands. The firm is feeling it in increased turnover and dissatisfaction over workload/comp balance. This is a harsh reality of being owned by private equity, that margins will always take preference over taking the proper care of the engine that makes the car go.

      Contradicting direction from management. Strategic Core commanding remotely from DC, making chess moves without understanding the intricacies on the ground. Push for centralization. Adopt practices from DC regardless of if is appropriate to do so. Require overwhelming evidence to overrule. Some very low technical skill employees mixed in.

      Great emphasis placed on growth and development, fun team atmosphere, great incentive structure, gold standard in sales training. Compensation is below industry trends

      Cons

      difficult products to sell. preferred prospect territory and products are typically given to higher performing Marketers, so hard to be set up for success as you are given a less that appealing territory from the start.
