      Pros

      A good company with a good reputation. A lot of young people, with an open work environment.

      Cons

      Pay scale is very low. Management are young and not properly trained to lead. Your success as a marketing associate(randomly assigned on forums) determines if you will ever get promoted. Regardless of department.

      Pros

      Full of smart, young, talented people. Love the work and EAB's unique approach to research. As someone fairly early on in their career, I have opportunities to influence mission-driven executives of various education institutions.

      Cons

      Employees burn out very quickly, which explains the company's extremely high turnover rate. I have been at the firm for over 2 years, and almost everyone who I started with is gone. The company is growing programs quickly without staffing appropriately or giving workers the support they need. In sum, upper management seems to overwork and under appreciate mid-level and lower-level staff.
