Pros
-Overall people are mission driven and effective -Most teams encourage healthy work life balance -You will be rewarded for hard work in most cases -Eab has a good reputation in the market and is respected by higher ed market -Leadership has an open door policy
Cons
-Lack of diversity at executive leadership level - comes off as a “boys’ club” -Pay is not competitive when you zoom out to competitors. They also justify the lower pay with their benefits, but does see less of a differentiator now -Pay increases from promotions are small as well -401k matching is terrible and almost negligible
