      Smart workforce + Decent pay + Flexible WFH schedule + Great place for entry-level roles + CEO is a good guy

      Some in upper Management (VP+) are absolute tyrants Double standards in that a lot of favoritism and exceptions made for tenure staff. There is history of bad experience for staff of color as evidenced consistent reporting via EAB exit surveys
