Pros

very flexible working environment - you're able to flex your hours very welcoming and accepting work environment they have fantastic training of new hires so that you are prepared to thrive in the role benefits are great

Cons

they pay way below the market you have to adapt to the way they do things there in order to grow upward mobility within the company is tricky -- certaintly there is a lot of opportunity for PDRs to pivot to other roles, but if you want to continue in sales it is hard to get promoted
