      Pros

      Great company I think they provide a great health, benefits package. Flexibility is top-tier! I’ve been able to learn a lot in this role so that I can move elsewhere and get paid more for the same work.

      Cons

      Pay is not keeping up with the cost of living. If I earned more, I would stay forever! Team cultures vary mostly based on management styles.

      - Hybrid environment - Wellness hours - Overall relaxed environment - good landing spot for first corporate role - Some teams have good rapport/structuring. May be worth working here at a senior level.

      Cons

      - misalignment on stated vs practiced values, especially on career growth. They prioritize backfill but also want associates to be proactive with unpaid internships/stretch projects. - low pay, scattered responsibilities. - office politics and some anxious managers. Poor communication between directors and managers creates lack of professional boundaries with associates.
