      It's great to gain experience after college

      Pros

      - Great work/life balance - People are nice (for the most part) - A great place to figure out what you want to do and get hands on experience

      Cons

      - They don't enough. The fact that a lot of people are holding a second or third job just make ends meet shouldn't be the case seeing we bring in MILLIONS every year. - They treat the associates poorly - The benefits are sub-par. I think they try and make us feel like we have a great benefits but other companies will give you great benefits AND better pay - The way the name certain roles doesn't make sense across all teams. An associate on one team may not mean and is not getting paid the same as an associate on a different team.

      Pros

      Senior Director of client data services is a narcissists she will use your life accomplishments as reasons why you're doing so well and don't need a raise. She will stiffle your growth at the company.

      Cons

      Too many to list. Upper management looks down on people who use their PTO and have a healthy work balance. If you work for them make sure you record all your meeting with upper management.

      managers want you to succeed, professional development, access to growth, learning, smart colleagues, healthy life and volunteering benefit, super fun team building days

      Cons

      the work feels like paper pushing sometimes, sometimes i would wonder if my work actually was trickling down to improve education or if i was so many steps removed from that, that my work didnt matter
