Pros

Wonderful, caring, and deeply intelligent people. Admirable work in education access and improvement. Recognition of hard work (in Enroll360, can’t speak for another division). Flexible hours.

Cons

Requires major work ethic and does not provide enough pay. Tiers all starting compensation by role, not by experience. Extremely limited yearly increases (2-4%). Frivolous corporate spending on travel, incentive trip for commercial team members, etc.

Pros

Great People. Good Tech, they believe in keeping up to date with current languages etc. They do make a nice environment to work in, and remote means remote, they aren't changing things on people. Management is typically promoted from within and genuinely cares.

Cons

Can be slow to promote. Not very competitive pay. Sometimes leadership feels a little out of touch. Raises and bonuses are influenced by overall firm performance. Benefits are ok.

Really happy with my work/life balance most of the year. Coworkers are generally incredibly smart and kind. I trust our leadership.

Cons

Would love more flexibility in terms of being able to live outside the U.S. Can be busy during certain times of the year but nothing like the hours my friends in traditional consulting work.
