      Pros

      Meet some nice people and the work is generally manageable.

      Cons

      Basically a clique. Need to be friends with the right people in order to succeed. They'll tell you that the team is all about inclusion and that the job is about helping you accelerate your career either internally or externally, but it's very far from the truth. EAB is basically a mill of employees joining and leaving after a year because it's completely different from what is advertised.
