      Pay is extremely low for the amount work needed for the job. Constant pressure for from upper management to improve processes outside of your control.

      Cons

      They pay AD's different levels in the same department, and the base pay for the AD in role in research is about $10K below market value, and they will not negotiate. They also refuse to post salary ranges on job postings.
