      -incredibly intelligent and kind people who are genuinely mission driven -flexible schedules and generous PTO -transparent about career growth and promotions

      Cons

      -super long review cycle and delayed bonuses -could have better healthcare and parental benefits -PTO rollover is limited and resets during the summer when most people want to take it -not the best recruiting department

      -Amazing staff: coworkers are smart and generous -Flexibility: this depends which team you're on, but I find the HR team extremely flexible and cares a lot about work/life balance -great PTO policy (vacation days, hours to work out, hours to do community service)

      -Pay is below industry standard -401k matching is below other companies
