Pros
People rave about the culture for a reason. EAB is a very fun place to work. My coworkers are smart and mission-driven and my managers have been strong advocates. Work-life balance is great, and their PTO policy is extremely generous.
Cons
Not competitive on pay with the market - staff leaving for other firms often double their salary. Before the pandemic, the culture and benefits largely compensated for that lower pay rate. But the culture has suffered during work-from-home, and the "hybrid" (mostly remote) model we are transitioning to will only exacerbate that. Younger staff are burned out and want to be back in office. There has been significant attrition in the past year that will likely continue across this fall and beyond.
