Pros
-Company has changed for the better in the last 2.5 years (beware of older reviews) -Great social atmosphere -Working for colleges is meaningful -HR is constantly hosting contests/socials/yoga/tournaments -Employees have strong will to achieve/work -Employees have positive outlooks on life in general -Plenty of vacation time and holidays with ABC buying us (good work/life balance) -Forgiving/realistic managers -Chris Marett and most upper management is super approachable and listens to what you have to say -Calling out "RVA Sweatshop" review: If you are professional and used to working for a company, you'll go far. If you sit there and feel like you are being mistreated, without talking to your manager, and seethe - then the perks may feel like a cover-up. For the rest of us, they are awesome! :)
