Pros

This is exclusively a fresh out of college resume-builder job. Try to get through a year, two years max. It won't get better.

Cons

Management gets more cruel the higher you go up. If you're on your way up, you'll be expected to do the same. Directors of Partner Success in ALR tell their teams to bully other teams to get their way. This message comes from the very top of ALR (she's heard this for years and pretends to be surprised every time). They're never going to change anything. Any sort of "quick pulse" survey is not anonymous (they are lying when they say it is). They track who said what, discuss it in meetings, and focus their efforts on retaliation rather than making improvements. You're never going to be properly compensated. Promotions come with very little pay increase. If you ask about pay increases, they will tell you they're in the middle of a "market salary review." In a couple of months, they will announce that it is complete, won't share specifics, and say "we/you are in line with the median pay for this role." HR will not help you. You'll find that the thing you complained/raised concerns about was actually your fault, and you will soon find yourself on a PIP (performance improvement plan). If you're on a PIP, start looking for a job immediately. They want you out, and your PIP will be vague and unmeasurable to ensure they find a reason. If you manage to get off of one, there is no hope for future advancement. You'll hear a lot about how "every job is like this," and "you have it good." It's not and you don't. Other companies are not like this; EAB is a notably bad place to work. Everyone appears to be very friendly, but you can't trust anyone. Good luck, keep your head down, and your resume up to date.
