Pros
- great benefits and PTOs - wonderful co-workers & manager - lots of great resources to advance in your career (linkedin learning, training sessions, career coaching...)
Cons
- HEAVY workload; not enough for the pay (at least for entry level); main reason for high turnover - personally for me, I was doing the job of 3 different positions - this makes work/life balance hard - favoritism for C-suite employees - hard to move out of entry level position
