Sales department is in need of serious restructuring and change. The culture here is TOXIC. A lot of folks in leadership are trapped in their 90s mindset. All entry level employees get treated like personal assistants and have to deal with rude and outrageously unprofessional behavior from leadership and upper level employees. Compensation is incredibly low compared to other companies and they wonder why their employees are leaving. I have worked with colleagues who cannot afford to eat. The pay is disgraceful and is in need of reevaluation. People here are constantly talking about when they are leaving. Internal opportunities are non existent and the company is not willing to keep people in the firm. Some managers are extremely unqualified to be managing others with many of them encouraging folks to leave rather than trying to get them to stay. It is crazy just how much the company does not care about the number of people that have been leaving recently. EAB has lost its identity and its culture needs help. Employee engagement is horrible with less and less events and low quality rewards. I have heard horror stories of colleagues who tried to career path internally. EAB is absolutely not a place for a long term career. The practice of making employees do more than one job is common throughout the firm with people burning out left and right. And doing more does not lead to any raises or career advancement. The lack of career development needs to be addressed if the firm does not want to lose more people. Interviews are very misleading with jobs being completely different from the job description. If you are coming in as an entry level employee please reconsider. This firm will disrespect you and overwork you with no possibility of moving up. I cannot stress enough just how TOXIC this place is. Please do not work here.

- Managers and marketers had their own seperate expectations and way of handling individual employees. Managers in office were extreme! They hovered constantly and even showed up to a private team luncheon to wish someone goodbye just to make sure people were discussing why she left. - Racism and Prejudice: there was a slew of reports and complaints about micro aggressions in the workspace including a white associate calling a black associate the n-word at a company sponsored happy hour. They way upper managed handled everything resulted in other associates being silenced and the white associate moved to a better office. - Business model isn't sustainable anymore. The practice of constantly sending and communicating with potential clients even after they've expressly declined is hard enough, but is made harder by the ridiculous numbers associates and marketers are expected to clear. - Poor training: bing trained by other associates isn't always helpful.
