Pros

Remote work is the biggest benefit. This is a decent company for employees just entering the workforce out of college, or as one of their first jobs.

Cons

Very hit and miss organization, depending on what division you work in. Upper management has very little experience outside of EAB, so they struggle with employees that have career experience. Everything is "The EAB way", which works in a few areas: research, enrollment, etc, but does not translate in other areas, like advancement services, advancement research and sales. This is not a company for Development Professionals. Pay is low; management is disorganized, and the company has high turnover. There are too many products that cause conflict between sales teams and sales managers.
