      Pros

      The company’s focus on employee engagement and work life balance is real. Enough PTOs and on top of that we get extra days off every so often. EAB has worked hard to make the culture great. Promotions happen often.

      Great Mission Encouragement and guidance from managers keeps you engaged and motivated Hackathons opportunity to learn new technologies Management is always open to your feedback

      Cons

      Like in any other job, opportunities will not come knocking. If you want to learn something new, keep looking for teams that can mentor you. Be proactive for your path and career. There are really no Cons in this company. Management is super friendly.
