Pros

Friendly and supportive environment, autonomy as a tutor, awesome pay, flexible schedule, amazing clients, great learning experience for future or current teachers, easy location(s).

Cons

The only challenge could be managing your time if that is tough for you, but if not, this job is ideal!

Pros

They are extremely helpful with providing information about student and materials to use during sessions. There are flexible hours, able to choose locations, fair hourly rate, knowledgable staff, friendly, respond quickly to emails, very well organized, & positive attitude! Definitely an excellent company to work for!

Pros

You are an independent contractor at this job. You are matched up with students by the company. You don't have to go out looking for them. The employer does not micromanage your work. You are allowed to have your own teaching "style." The pay is good.

Cons

Because nothing is "perfect," you may be matched with a student that you are not able to help. Also, you may come across parents who have their own "agendas."
