Pros

This role gives you a lot of autonomy and freedom. The support levels from all departments are extremely high. They never feels like management is micromanaging or keeping you on a tight leash. They provide all of the resources for you to be successful.

Cons

Going through a recent merger there’s been a lot of of growing pains when it comes to systems and processes.

Solid salary but limited growth opportunities

- Solid base salary. - Good people. - Lenient on ramp (or at least was when I was there). - Selling something that matters.

Cons

- Crowded market. - Siloed reps leave little for career advancement. - Very little lead generation.
