      You feel part of a family working at ECCO Select. They truly care about their employees and help you achieve your goals. The sales and recruitment team work well together creating a healthy and positive environment.

      Pros

      The owners are good people, smart and very fair. The company's growth plans are aggressive so there is plenty of room to grow with them. You are rewarded for your contributions to the bottom line and being a good team player.

      Cons

      Since EccoSelect is growing there are growing pains that go along with it. There was a poor leadership hire which caused much friction in the organization, it did not last more than 18 months as they were removed. Their healthcare provider is Humana - ugh

      Decent place if you need a "job", but not ideal if looking for a career and longevity.

      Pros

      They are quick to set up interviews, provide on boarding documents and get you placed in your new job - it's quite refreshing.

      Cons

      Poor communication from management and HR. Also, there are not many opportunities for growth and there are no yearly evaluations for out of state employees.
