The shop is nice, team are fab, annual leave allowance, management are the best and friendly.

Cons

The targets are unrealistic, pay is minimum wage for maximum effort, doesnt matter if you hit personal targets, if the shop dont hit it as a whole you get no reward, minimum wage when its classed as a premium store?
