      Slightly higher wage than the minimum salary for the country Only 7.5 hours of work (with 30 paid minutes assigned for breaks) Decent Upper Managment

      Promotions or hiring for a position inside the company are generally for people outside the company. Often a position is already pre-selected for someone. Terrible Lower Managment (AKA Line Production Bosses), only wanting to make the daily objetives and heavily criticizing workers when they make mistakes. Very below average wage for industry Quantity > Quality and this is painfully obvious in the production tier work Bathroom breaks are controlled, and if you take longer than 5 minutes and more than 3 times a day expect to hear you colleagues or bosses complain.
