      Poor work environment for store front

      Predictable days and recurring client base

      Cons

      Poor accomodations for employees, unreliable hours, lack of flexibility in store expectations coupled with poor and ineffective solutions for not meeting said expectations lead to high pressure on staff for things outside of their control. No holiday pay for part time workers even though they are the most likely to work on holidays.
