      Pros

      - commission - they make sure you know the products before putting you on the sales floor - they help you out and support you where you need - great employee discount - great benefits if you work 20+ hours a week

      Cons

      - in my personal store, there weren't many customers, so you could go hours without having anybody walk in the store
