      We get a fantastic discount, and corporate will invest time in employees at store level. The company is invested. Fantastic benefits program.

      Small store leads to more schedule conflicts.

      good for first time job! Learn basics of retail and customer service. Can be really slow at times so it will be really boring.

      Pros

      No credit card selling. No loyalty program. Shoes and product are actually quality stuff so no real selling required. Free shoes every 6 months and random contests for maybe another free pair.

      Cons

      They need to hire more people and better people. And stop forcing and expecting people to take on more responsibility without paying them more money. Not very competitive pay.
