      International company which provide very good training system that allow the young people learn all process in the very short time.

      Cons

      Company toooooo big and political stuff involve to much, the management not look at the working skill but the personal relationship.

      The company has many business units and there are many areas to learn about the business. Structure is flat and you get opportunities to work with management if you are willing.

      Cons

      Systems in place are sales focussed and uses a one size fits all approach. Knowledge is not willingly transferred/shared to new employees.
