      Free shoes every half year, more if on a permanent contract. Flexible part-time hours, pay above minimum wage

      Cons

      While pay is above minimum wage, could be better. If working weekdays, hours could be very long, and boring.

      Pros

      A company with a very good product and a handful a very dedicated and hard working employees who show great passion in what they do

      Cons

      Use to b a great 5 star company, but Management has shifted its focus to caring only about the bottom line and nothing else. People have become an expendable commodity and so much talent and knowledge has been lost.

      I can only say that the pay is quite good if you compare to other similar jobs of the same capacity.

      Cons

      The management style is so "family-owned" and "non-corporate" it's nothing close to any MNC that you can find out there in any industry.
