Love the team in my store and we have some of the hardest working staff who know how to be serious but also have some fun

Cons

A lot of changes in the company but the current upper management team seems to be stabilizing things and are working in the right direction

Cons

there isn't much structure into approaching interns, processes, development path, evaluation at start and end of the experience, however you do get to learn along the way and not just "to serve coffee" type of internship
