      Pros

      The environment at working at Ecco was good. My experience with my earlier co-workers were good, all became friends and treated each other with respect. Got to interact with different customers from around the world.

      Cons

      Working at Ecco in a mall was tough with hours as well as with some customers that would come into the store.
