The Canadian Head Office is an eye opener to me - I have never seen a company run worse. Senior management would not care about any important issues, such as late shipment, frivolous excessive spending, failure to meet sales target, etc. . Instead, they put all their attention and resources on the most insignificant and superficial matter, such as unreasonable office policies (e.g. specific items such as chili and curry not to be consumed in cubical, all jackets must be hung in the closet at all times, etc.) As mentioned on another review, senior management is only fond of those who know how to "suck up to them". Turnover is high - over 1/5 of the office quit due to the toxic work environment and the weak / lack of leadership. Lack of respect on employees is also another key reason for why good people keep leaving. If I can give a negative rating, I would.

HQ location. middle of nowhere. Think twice before you consider to relocated there. I guess due to the location, its very hard to attract high skill people. Wrong mind-set in several departments - better to hire a danish then a high skilled person somewhere else. Low salaries & compensation comparing with similar companies. Very unstructured & poorly managed (from top down). Not comparable with a "normal" multinational company.
