The store I worked for need to run up and down to get shoes for client to try on which was bad for knees. I was getting shoes for clients most of the time resulted in painful knees that I couldn't go to work so I took a sick day off. When I found a new job and resigned, the manager asked if I faked the sick day to conduct an interview. I think his question was quite unprofessional. I felt that my hard work wasn't valued. Only half an hour lunch break and low pay.

1. Toxic top-down divide between staff and head office 2. Unmotivating environment to work at for long term 3. Barely respected by people at head office 4. Budgets are barely hit as they will consistently set the bar at an unattainable level
