      High5 program that allows each employee to recognize (and be recognized) for work. Lots of opportunities for remote work. Great leadership team.

      Pros

      ECI is a great place to work! Managers are supportive and available, pay is competitive, and work-life balance is encouraged!

      Cons

      Large team sizes make cross-collaboration tricky, but it's on people's radar so I am hopeful that this gap can be bridged.
