Great onboarding experience and Team!

Pros

I'm only a few weeks into my new role at ECi, but I can report that my onboarding experience and sense of good fit to my team are a 5 star experience. The early training has been great, and I look forward to my formal training in the new year. No complaints at all so far - and that's saying something, since I work remotely for the company.
