      Still stuck in the Entrepreneurial mindset for technology solutions

      Pros

      Able to work remotely. Some decent uses of new technology, but still behind the times.

      Cons

      A technology based company that does not make best use of technology with inefficient implementations and poor upper management. Company is only focused on EBITDA and anything that affects earning reports for their venture capitalists. Pay is pretty low and benefits sub-par for an IT job.

      Management has very little vision and planning. Lot of talk , little action. Revolving management This company is a joke Average talent in teams Low salary and no bonus
