      Very good co-workers and company culture

      Pros

      Worked at ECi Spruce for about 4 years, have nothing but good interactions. Amazing co-workers; senior devs do a good job of mentoring juniors, Low stress work environment; deadlines are reasonable and company offers some remote work options, Great upper management; very sympathetic towards personal/health issues.

      Cons

      Annual raises can be a bit low
