      Great company as long as you're ok with constant change

      Pros

      ECI is always growing, there are a ton of opportunities for upward movement for those who want them.

      Cons

      As stated in the title, constantly growing, which is great. But if you dislike change, you probably won't love ECI. Change is constant, from the company's organic growth, to an acquisition seemingly every few weeks.
