      Pros

      Very Tech Savvy and process driven company. This makes for a well oiled and well organized business. I was eventually able to put together a great group of guys, but it was difficult to keep the happy due to the cons below.

      Cons

      Long Hours and Hard Work for little pay or advancement opportunity. People are not a very appreciated or valued part of the company.

      Pros

      Great entry level opportunity to transition into warehouse work, learn warehouse equipment experience (operating a forklift), order picking, and truck loading. They also offer medical benefits and 401k for their full time employees.

      Cons

      long hours doing physical work for low hourly wages. Like I said, very entry level warehouse work. Limited opportunities for advancement/promotion in company. company does not match on 401k even though they say they do.

      Pros

      There is quite a bit of freedom and they provide a company vehicle.

      Cons

      Overworked, company seems to be more interested in squeezing every dime out of current understaffed situations. Pay is well below average for this position probably by 25%.
