      There is quite a bit of freedom and they provide a company vehicle.

      Cons

      Overworked, company seems to be more interested in squeezing every dime out of current understaffed situations. Pay is well below average for this position probably by 25%.

      Knowledgeable employees and great human talent. Up to par with technology. Decent infrastructure. Very good benefits. Forward thinking company.

      Location, unless you live around their main office or warehouses.

      Pros

      These are some of the best people to work with, they are up-to-date with technology, and their customer service towards their clients is second to none.

      Cons

      Location is a big drawback. The town doesnt contain any night life, or anything interesting to do after work.
