      Good pay. Good benefits. Holidays off.

      Cons

      Physical work that can break you down. Truck deliveries can be far from reliable. Potential harassment or attitude from Lowe's employees and customers, which have nothing to do with your job.

      Pros

      Very Tech Savvy and process driven company. This makes for a well oiled and well organized business. I was eventually able to put together a great group of guys, but it was difficult to keep the happy due to the cons below.

      Cons

      Long Hours and Hard Work for little pay or advancement opportunity. People are not a very appreciated or valued part of the company.

      There is quite a bit of freedom and they provide a company vehicle.

      Cons

      Overworked, company seems to be more interested in squeezing every dime out of current understaffed situations. Pay is well below average for this position probably by 25%.
