Pros

Solid pay. Good work environment. Good work/life balance. Decent benefits. Paid overtime. Overall a good place to work and no real complaints about the company.

Cons

Hours can be strange but no excessive extra time. The work can become repetitive. Because they are a for-profit institution they feel the need to try to stay open for business despite inclement weather. The biggest drawback is the industry itself. Some organizations in the for-profit education industry are under a lot of scrutiny for using shady tactics to recruit new students. ECPI doesnt fall in this category but by default they get grouped in with the rest.

Pros

Pay was great and the environment was nice and relaxed but very professional. Very flexable with life events. Management was very caring and understanding.

Cons

Some of the staff were very stuck up and judgemental. Alot of talking behind your back. Sometimes you would have to walk on eggshells just to get through the day. This is the biggest reason I left.
