Opportunities for work life balance, experienced industry leadership, faculty and staff who genuinely care for the students and their colleagues.

Cons

It is difficult to stay on top of today’s technology with advancements being made every day. It is more of an industry challenge that every institution most likely works to deliver on. It shows that ECPI works to make sure students receive current course content for in-demand degrees such as Tech/Health Sciences.

Pros

Fast paced. Material is easy to teach students. Overall, nice place to work.

Cons

Too little time to really teach the material to students. The mods are 5 weeks long and often are too packed with assignments which overwhelms the students. Hours are great, but Instructors are encouraged to make sure over 90% pass regardless of student effort/ ability. Instructors are also held accountable for attendance of students.
