Pros

Family-owned company seems to want to take care of its employees and the students. I like what I do as a Career Advisor and appreciate the leadership's support to make my job easier.

Cons

The pay isnt great but the educational and 401k benefits are worth it.

Great workplace chemistry, disappointing progression

Pros

Great pay Excellent work/life balance Interpersonal relationships with coworkers are professional and healthy. Managment is effective and people first.

Cons

PTO includes 12 days, 10 of which are decided for you. Little to no opportunity for promotions unless someone leaves position, most likely due to retiring. Medical insurance does not cover at levels competitive to many other positions.
