Skilled Employees, but very poorly managed

Pros

Friendly work environment, skilled employees, opportunity for advancement in most positions.

Cons

Very poorly managed since the founding upper management retired, generally very cheap when it comes to purchasing the tools and equipment to do your job properly, a heavy degree of micromanaging and distrust from management (even when it's not warranted with good workers), poor work life balance (even though they preach otherwise).
