      Pros

      All staff are personable and friendly. It takes a certain type of person to work there, with good qualities. Most employees are kind, selfless, helpful, friendly, and the training is good too.

      Cons

      Not competitive pay, potentially inconsistent hours for field technician positions. Room for improvement but that's the industry

      Pros

      ECS offers so many options for growth including not requiring any previous experience, paying for certifications, and job advancement opportunities. The Charleston office has a fun, laid back culture of working hard and playing hard. The project managers and engineers are helpful and knowledgeable.

      Cons

      It can be hard to depend on working regular hours since we are at the mercy of the weather on jobsites.
