If you want to get an easy job that you don't need an Engineering Degree for, then this is the right place for you. Somehow flexible with your schedule.

Cons

No appreciation for hard work. Very hard to be recognized for how big the company is. Takes a lot of time to be leveled up to the next position. Pay is not good too. Work hours is extremely dependent on weather, so if it rains the work stops. Very high turnover rate!

I've really enjoyed the company culture here at ECS. Work/Life balance is well respected at ECS. I will say having worked with leaders all across the company it is very apparent leadership is invested in your personal growth as well as the growth and success of the company. This is a very motivating environment to work in with a very collaborative group feel. We have in place career paths for all service lines and relocation opportunities across the company. I feel that communication is kept very open with leadership which is important to me in navigating my career future here. Compensation and benefits are great. ECS is an ESOP which I believe is a great opportunity for an employee, especially someone planning to stay with the company. I would highly recommend ECS to both entry-level professionals and those with tenure looking to work in a supportive and growth focused environment.
